So you're saying that you think they already knew this story and knew that this girl would tell the story to the escort? That seems a bit farfetched to me, I think the simpler reason is that they are just being autistic

No. I think part of it probably relates in trying to convince the paypigs that this person is obviously a catfish detractor who is Fred Fuchs.
These allegations afaik didn't exist when this first came out but in the last 24 hours BSV going coo coo clock thinking I'm Fred Fuchs is especially weird.

I mean I thought things were weird a week ago, when DSP lost a long time mod over this, now Kingjezel basically says that DSP was going to pay back the money he owed to MW, and in the past 24 hours BSV went full on exceptional.

If this case is so secret that no one involved can even say whether DSP is a person of interest or not, why in fuck would the victim be okay telling the farms all about this?
Here it again depends on the country, but generally a lawyer can't divulge anything to the public on their client or the case without the consent of the client and in many countries it is also illegal, for reasons of privacy, for police to outright state the name of persons of interest

Call up your local police and ask them about an active rape case (any rape case) and let us know how that conversation goes.

To add to what was already said, a victim will be advised not to disclose the details of a case, but it's ultimately up to them. Law enforcement and lawyers will not discuss the details of an active case for privacy reasons, and all of us should be grateful for that.

Like a week ago after she had personal family trauma when she just bursted it all out.

Im not trying to pop holes in your @Dynastia Bill Cosby DSP story but statue of limitations in rape is past in Washington state and she cant do shit if filed there
http://app.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9A.04.080
(iii)(A) Violations of RCW 9A.44.040 or9A.44.050 if the rape is reported to a law enforcement agency within one year of its commission.
(B) If a violation of RCW 9A.44.040 or9A.44.050 is not reported within one year, the rape may not be prosecuted more than three years after its commission;

even so if it was the Condo in Connecticut then this "girl" is shit out of luck unless she had DNA evidence and went to the local authorities within a 5 year span from when it happened and was under 18. Even than its categorized as a special case and you must be in the state to handle this and it must be convincing enough for a judge to make it an exemption. This isnt CSI miami here

CONNECTICUT

In Connecticut, the statute of limitations for prosecuting rape and felony sexual assault cases is five years from the date of the offense (CGS § 54-193). As in Massachusetts, periods when the accused is outside the state are not counted. Special rules exist for offenses involving sexual abuse, exploitation, or assault of a person under age 18. In cases involving such victims, prosecutions must be brought within (1) two years of the victim turning age 18 or (2) five years of the victim reporting the offense to the police or a prosecutor, whichever is earlier. The time period cannot be less than five years after the crime was committed (CGS § 54-193a).

Connecticut also provides an extended period for prosecuting certain sexual assault crimes when DNA matching the accused was collected at the crime scene. Prosecutions can be brought up to 20 years after the offense, so long as the victim reported it to the police or prosecutor within five years of its commission. The covered offenses are: (1) first-degree sexual assault, (2) aggravated first-degree sexual assault, (3) sexual assault in a spousal or cohabiting relationship, (4) second-degree sexual assault, (5) third-degree sexual assault, and (6) third-degree sexual assault with a firearm (CGS § 54-193b).

but you made the retarded statement of this that makes your story seem like youre pulling peoples legs or at the very least not entirely accurate on this outlandish claim.
Now the first girl is finally ready to take her case back overseas in cooperation with her local law enforcement and lawyer she has a very hard case against him with more then enough evidence to back it up including DNA samples that were taken when she made her case with her local lawenforcement.

The moral of this post? Make sure to get your friends who had this account happen before you pop off the mouth TMZ style please.

Thats all.

So our incredibly shy victim who's been told by her lawyer not to talk about the case gives MW the green light to give out all this info online, potentially tipping off the suspect. Yeah, this checks out.

She already said that the girl went to the police in her country, my dude.

It is an extremely suspect story and I'm curious to see how it plays out. It's just important to note that what you specifically were asking for is, frankly, a little ridiculous.

It's getting to the point where the claims have escalated into very dangerous territory that it's a lot harder to take them unsubstantiated on just a leap of faith. Hiring an escort? A fun and somewhat plausible scenario, which has no real legal ramifications. But sexual assault? This is where official police action is required, because IF true it paints Phil in a light a lot of us never really considered before. Without sounding disrespectful to you @Null but this is bigger than kiwifarms.net.

Phil likes to throw around "slander" a lot when talking about detractors. If you're lying about him drugging and sexually assaulting a girl, that is actual slander and a really fucking shitty thing to do and you need to stop it.

@MysteryWoman also just as a for warning.

The girl you mentioned the date rape dsp story on, you do know her personally or was this recently brought to your attention?

The reason i ask is because @BSV is notorious for making a sock account and making insane claims. His OP has an example of this where he emailed myself a story of date rape he supposedly committed but claimed it was to discredit me as a lulz moment.

Just be wary

I don't know. A website operator still isn't liable as far as I know and I'm not the owner or whatever in this case. So any lawsuit would probably go to the person making the claims.

However if she gets called out on this on stream by DSP it would technically ground zero the NDA.

In which case this really is 4D chess... maybe 5D chess.

I like how we pretend we are all lawyers, doctors, therapists, psychoanalysts, law enforcement and the Justice League of Exceptional Individuals all wrapped into one. Is part of the fun here to sperg out and just throw wild speculation into the either and see what sticks? Or was it more about following a story and seeing what comes of it? Why are people getting so bent out of shape over this? Did Phil molest a girl? Someone is claiming yes, he did. Did Phil purchase the company of women while also dating another girl only a month after breaking off a five year relationship? Someone is claiming he did. Do you know anything personally about DSP that disproves or proves any of it? No? Then calm down. If you don't know, you don't know. If you can't prove it, it's just a story. If you do or don't believe it, that doesn't change a thing until proof becomes available. Who cares what you believe? What do you know for sure? Nothing? Okay, then at least accept that before throwing an entire story provided out completely. Otherwise you start sounding like Vidar. A crazy loon who flies off the handle when what he believes is taken as fact. I get being impatient and wanting answers but the fact remains answers are not promised not do we deserve any. We're a gallery not a jury. Relax yo ass, and cure your autism.

Yeah I'm talking to her, she's the one making these claims about how there's a woman who got raped by Phil. If this is a made up story, it has crossed the line and really needs to stop.

If Phil finds out about this, it will be interesting to see whether he seeks legal counsel (he should, even if it's true. That's part of the reason you shouldn't divulge the details of an active investigation, lest the party being investigated catches wind of it and proceeds to do something like destroy evidence or practice a believable lie ahead of time).

I just watch a lot of Forensic Files, and i think the process is really fascinating. I'm not actually purporting to be any sort of expert.

My dude that does not matter, as it concerns when a prosecutor has filed a case, not when a person goes to the police. Thus it only matters for the question of the statute of limitations in Washington

And @FedoraManManMan decent research, however you did not read RCW 9A.04.080 correctly as it states was reported to law enforcement, it does not say it needs to be local law enforcement and would certainly be an interesting ruling on that (don't know to much of Washington state criminal law and can't really be arsed to look up this specific type of ruling to see if there has been one), but it would indicate that the rape was therefore (if you follow the story) reported within a year, thus meaning that it has a statute of limitations of 10 years. However I would question the jurisdiction of a Washington court in this regard, seeing as this conduct did not occur there and it would only stand to reason that a person faces the charges where the conduct occurred and which are the relevant laws governing this conduct, so I guess this was just completely useless that I said that

I still firmly believe @MysteryWoman. I believe she's kinda dumb and bought whatever bullshit this person is feeding her when she should really know better.

This does seem to be in line with the fact that she thought an obvious troll twitter was real
