I have this issue also. Are you a woman? The only thing that works for me is to wear heated gloves but that's clunky and not ideal for percise movements at all, like typing, drawing, clicking, etc., which I do a lot of. My feet get cold too and regular socks won't ward it off. I read somewhere that estrogen constricts blood flow to the extremities for some damn reason.

if ur extremities are cold it's because your core body temperature is cold so ur body sucks blood away from the less important body parts to preserve your essential organs. put on a sweater and do some pushups to warm back up

Besides the other 2 good posts that specified the probable cause, take a break from gaming and do a 10 mins warm up to restore proper blood flow. Always keep in mind that your body is not designed to remain seated for long periods of time. It should be active as much as possible, then rest, and it should be fueled correctly or rest won't do shit.
