The Orb are the expert in finding bizarre voice samples, reaching the zany zenith on their album Orblivion

"Secrets"

"S.A.L.T."

Another classic is Biosphere's album Substrata. Most of the vocal samples in that album came from Twin Peaks the TV series, but on this piece the narration is by a Russian telepath trying to figure out the shape of a hidden object.
"Kobresia"

Continuing the supernatural theme:
"Beautiful Lady" -- Tim Clement

A lovely selection of great IDM and ambient, thank you! My favorites are Secrets and Kobresia. Love the backstory behind Kobresia, and the whole album is now in my bandcamp wishlist. It's a shame Oblivion isn't on bandcamp :,(

AIR - Run

Grush - Raizel

Another one that's going into my wishlist, thank you. Your taste is exquisite.

RAMZi has a really distinct sound, and she always has interesting voice samples. One of my favorites by her:

Another really interesting producer is Cofaxx. I've recently been eaten alive by mosquitos, but that doesn't make me like this song any less:

No doubt this was probably posted but its been lost to the aether.

That's funny, I only have two Gesloten Cirkel songs, but one of them also has interesting vocal samples, you might like it (if you don't already know it). Nightly and myterious <3 :

Also, talking about nightly and mysterious (although somewhat more subdued and stealthy):

https://pleasureclubx.bandcamp.com/track/voigtmann-emu-emu (can't believe I hadn't posted this yet, easily one of my favorite discoveries from last year) (actually I was raised in Florida)
