Needless to say, it tasted just like you'd expect fish gut paste to taste like, nice and tangy, bit too salty for my liking though it'd pair well with ham and chutney perhaps, definitely something my grandma would put on sandwiches for lunch 40 years ago. I'm glad I didn't pair it with the cheddar because the one I've got it atm is the orange kind and that would NOT have been a pleasant pairing, I could see it working with something like wensleydale though maybe.
Now who should get the T+H? I could run my own little Hunger Games... :tyceknife:
But it'd have to go to my fellow angloid @Chunky Salsa because xe apparently can't figure it out on xis own.

Why is your head silhouette rectangular?

you continue to disappoint me in ways i can't even describe

I do try my best to be as non-non-euclidian as possible, is it not a A Form You Are Comfortable With?
Anti-Anti Euclidians gang rise up! Or down! Or somewhere... 🤔

I can't wait to see your next challenge. I wish I knew more food/condiments to recommend. At least no one will ask you to eat the cool sharks. Sauerkraut and Kimchi are both tangy, devisive dishes, but they have (((vegetables))) so I don't know if that's ok. I like Kimchi better myself in spite of my European heritage. I wish I could have you try a deep dish pizza, they're amazing and perfect.

My challenge suggestion would be natto. It physically resembles br*t*sh canned beans closely enough that I think it's thematically appropriate for the thread.

It's Cszchzintski. Polish male surnames end with -ski smh
Don't knock it till you try it, I personally prefer to add greek yogurt and brown sugar to the blender together with the strawberries
Alright i edited it

I have a better idea though. How about we add greek yogurt and brown sugar to the blender with the strawberries, and not put it on the pasta?

There was some guy trying surstromming (Scandinavian fermented fish) and instead of going 'oh em gee chat, the preserved fish smells like sooo much' he just clinically deconstructed the thing 'so this is an ingredient in a larger dish, going to boil some potatoes, have some dill, this type of bread, this other thing I can't remember, we eat it outside in the summer evening with a beer, yep pretty good' It was very funny.

Tried to find it again and it's impossible trying fermented fish is it's own entire YouTube gimmick just endless videos about it.

Any traditional Scandinavian rotting fish abomination is obviously going to be improved by incorporating the secret ingredient of alcoholism.
