You aren't even worth $22 per hour. "former" Carpenter sounds fitting for the likes of you.
I'm sorry, I'm not caring about other people's houses. That I'm building for them. For less than, you can make it a warehouse.
I might stop wocking as a Carpenter, 'cause I got a better job.
The trades are dead. And Boomers killed them. With the illegal immigration.
Also, another trade secret. If an HVAC technician shows up. And puts in flex duck. That's not a huge track technician.

You always want actual duck. Piping put in. Not flex duck.

Just do the spray firm yourself

Also, if you're getting a house built, you can just manage it yourself. The building process, it's much cheaper and you're gonna save like 100 grand.

Boomers killed them? Exactly how long were you a finish carpenter? And what training did you have?

the money never actually reaches the homeless/sick/animals/whatever. This is why nonprofits also spend so much on events and networking and why people who work for them all have those sanpanku eyes once they reach a certain level
The Combined Federal Campaign lists the "Administrative Funding Rate" for registered charities.
If you go to the Donor Portal and click search without entering anything you can get the full list.

You will occasionally see registered charities running at GREATER THAN 100% AFR.
How can this be possible? Well, look at the "Member of" field, those are groups of charities officially trading your donations around, each skimming their AFR, before passing it along until there is nothing left. Or someone in the organization accidentally funds abused children or finds a parent or whatever they purport to do with your money.

Note: extremely low AFRs may also indicate something scammy. Like where the designated charity target is the administrators, so 100% of the donations lining their own pockets counts as charitable use and 0% AFR.

If you work in any kind of business that sells prepared food, such as a restaurant or buffet, you can eat the food that was wrongly prepared or that people returned to the kitchen, the trick is to eat as much as possible (even beyond being satiated), then when you get home, if you have children, you can regurgitate the food so you can feed them a soft, nutritious and partially digested meal.

Reaching to the back of a grocery store shelf will often get you a better expiration date than taking an item from the front. It will also often get you the worst (or something months out of date) because most grocery store workers are retarded and don't care about their job.

Check the expiration date of anything you buy.

Is someone who worked retail for two weeks. Just walk out. With something we're putting in your pocket. 90% of retail workers, we do not care enough. If it's mid ticket items, just don't walk out with the whole card and be obvious about it, then we're actually gonna have to do something.

Buy Momentum, The Trend is your Friend, Diamand Hands, Fear of Missing out, Long term.

Sure these work in a Low interest High Liquid Market, but people still living by those Slogans about to have there face Ripped off,

Liquidity or bust.

Uh, I should look into this, usually I just keep calling different companies until someone fixes it since looking is free.
Do you got a channel suggestion for it?
Anti DIY HVAC is my favorite, despite the name. He’s an older guy from South Carolina that’s good and if you have a good brain in your head, you can glean a lot from him.

I always hated using allen wrenches because they come in so many sizes and getting screws free can be a pain in the ass sometimes. I learned from a machinist that a really easy way to get stuck screws free is to just keep the wrench it needs in the rubber holster along with the rest of them and just turn the holster. It keeps the wrench from wobbling out of place and adds more grip and torque to your turn. That little piece of knowledge has made a world of different when it comes to assembling anything that uses socket head cap screws. Might be useless for others who never had problems with allen wrenches but for me it was worth gold.
