You don't really get "repulsive" female-to-male trannies. FtM troons just look like dumpy fat chicks because they continue to wear makeup and dress like women, only now with worse acne because of introducing testosterone. Ugly, but it doesn't have the same ring of masturbatory fetishism as when the men do it.

Much like how MtF troons start and end their transitions with buying a choker, FtM troons start and their transitions by ceasing the act of shaving their legs and armpits, but keep everything else exactly the same as before.
