The sad thing is, they don't usually look terrible before they troon out.

Maybe go to the gym more, maybe actually practice some hygiene or grooming.

You'd be surprised at the basic things you can do to change your physical appearance that doesn't involve plastic surgery, self mutilation, or trooning out.

Can I just say I don't find this dude repulsive at all. He has nice nails. clean hands and the boots are really cool. Troons tend to have a really hard time matching seperates and tend to mix colours and fabrics no human woman would ever combine. But this dudes outfits are class, they wouldn't look out of place on your average Bulgarian pop star. Kudos.
