Uh, honey, it's due to reframing from negative language ("I want to not be fat" "I want to not look like me anymore") to positive language ("I want to be buff and muscular and male-consistent"). You have an affirmative goal about which you're enthusiastic instead of just an absence. That's Planning 101.

But since we're practicing confirmation bias here, sure, let's attribute it to your gender identity, which you yourself have admitted is wildly unstable and changes based on the day of the week.
