It’s so easy to follow the money with PrEP.
The medications were working too well, which resulted in decreased sales, especially as they went generic. Enough fags were also saying no glove no love. Junkies stopped injecting drugs and started popping pain pills, slowing the spread further. So they came up with PrEP to get the negged faggots to start buying their expensive pills and taking pozzed loads.

This comment has made me think about something that I have been thinking about for many years now:

How many gay men are actually gay vs just indiscriminate sex addicts?

It’s apparent to me that there exists a subset of men (and maybe women? But I’ve never heard of or encountered one personally) with absolutely no ability to feel grossed out. Coupled with high sex drives, this means that they’ll just fuck anything, even covered in shit or open sores. The description of men in ‘Club Z’ (constantly bored, doing drugs, always searching for something more extreme) speaks to this type of pathology.

This is, of course, a massive problem when it comes to the spread of infectious diseases. Normal people see someone covered in shit and sores and something deep in our animal brains says “hmm… best not fuck that” and everything is a okay, as nature intended. These people just don’t seem to have that. Like, at all.
