i know but still i never expected him to not make the distinction between wrestling in the middle of a boxing match, but then again, i guess im taking a fucking jake paul fight with an ounce of some seriousness

I wouldn't be surprised if it was rigged considering Paul said his dead bodyguard saw a first round finish in a dream lmao. I'm so glad I didn't stay up for that shit, the whole event looked like a joke.
Not terribly surprised at that result. Askren is a past-it MMA guy who mainly had a strong wrestling base and Paul seems to be taking the boxing thing seriously and is only 24.
He'd get murdered by an actual boxer but i can see him maybe having another few handy fights again other e-celebs/retired MMA guys. Everyone gets a payday out of it one way or the other.

i think he could be a talented knockout artist but he only seems to fight internet people for money, id like to see his ACTUAL professional career and beat people that are actually his size. also apparently his brother is set to fight mayweather sometime which is funny because its the complete polar opposite of what he's doing
I'm rooting Romero. Also, how the hell does the UFC not have better posters than Bellator? I'm bored of the avengers clone bunch of guys staring at each other posters we get for every fight.
So Anthony Pettis made his PFL debut tonight and he is getting absolutely lit up by Clay Collard.
Also, Marcin Held picked up a win against the 2x Lightweight Champion Natan Schulte and Bubba Jenkins beat the defending Featherweight Champ Lance Palmer in what was also his PFL debut. Especially happy for Held after his mediocre run in the UFC after being such a blast to watch in Bellator.
Still have the PFL debuts of Rory and Werdum coming up in the next month too.

I agree with your predictions but I'm siding with Rose over ching chong in the small hopes she wins. It will be really funny if her anti commie crusade pays off.
Out of the 3, most likely to lose the belt is the CCP fighter, Rose's striking is sharp as well as her in and out movement. Usman I don't see dropping to a guy who he already beat and now had time to focus on, and Andrade walks forward, so she's going to get picked apart.
Izzy wanted July while Rob wanted September. Apparently confirmed that Rob gets the winner of that fight, which should be Izzy. Vettori is very plain in his striking and he was getting lit up on the feet by Kevin Holland. I don't think he can do what Jan did and point score against Izzy. He's not a knockout artist either, so that's not something Izzy needs to think about.
It's not much of a prediction but I hope Thud Rose kicks Ching Chong in the face. Rose will win the initial exchanges, but Chong has an iron chin she'll just eat them all and hit back harder if Rose sticks to punches.

I thought Askren would win, but I guess I was just really wanting Paul to lose. I don't think Ben argued with the ref, he just wanted to get paid and get out of there. I don't blame him. He saved himself from getting his face bruised up and made the same money out of that joke of an event. Jake Paul is still a slow, sloppy boxer. He knows basic fundamentals, but he is cherry picking soup cans for a reason. The only person I want to see either of the Pauls box now is Charlie Zelenoff, mainly for how hilarious it would be. Other than that, I am done with giving Joke Paul a modicum of my attention.
What the fuck is going on with this card.
Years later, Chris Weidman throws the first leg kick of his fight and Hall checks it like Weidman did to Silva against his knee, and breaks his fucking leg.
