I will always defend Harold Covington for at least creating book series, same with Pierce (even though I think Pierce's books were weird). These modern WNists think they have value because they merely post their thoughts online. I'm not sure if Covington's works are available online en mass, but I actually own the quartet in its entirety in PDF file. I've only read Freedom's Sons, but it was an amusing read especially since it's about assassinating Hunter Wallace of Occidental Dissent, who becomes the zionist puppet president of the United States. It's the least serious book in the series so I am told, and surprisingly less silly than Turner Diaries.

I'm workshopping this idea of Pragmatic White Nationalism™. Of course in a sane country we would overturn Griggs vs Duke Power and allow employers to administer IQ tests in hiring, or we wouldn't have to flee to a $500k+ house in the suburbs to have a high trust neighborhood and a decent school, or we wouldn't have to keep a lot of our net worth in a confusing S&P 500 index fund in order to maintain purchasing power.

That said, I've been around this scene for 10+ years and I'm not sure the changes we want are coming anytime soon. Moreover, I've found some okay workarounds for those pain points (and more) that someone with high agency can easily attain. My thinking is that if you get into a nice suburb, or obtain educational credentials, or get a decent understanding of the stock market, you're hedging against a continuation of bad policies. And obviously if politicians enact more based laws, then great!

The scene has always had this sort of push pull regarding how much capitalism and how much socialism. In Striker's case, he would talk about the USSR in ways that say a Strausserite would. Talking about the positive changes that were made, and critiquing the negatives. In fact, Striker is the first person in these circles I've heard of give an analysis of the Soviet Union beyond "They're retarded, they're communists." I've met older Europeans who had positive things to say about the Communists vis a vis when their country changed into a Democratic Capitalist ones. Largely centered nationalism, work ethic, and a fair work/reward system. They would complain about the rampant materialism, social decay and hustle culture that came with the system change. They didn't say it was perfect, by any means, but the critiques they make are similar to Striker's.

I think if anything, Striker held back the downfall a bit. Historically, Striker arrived during the great Optic Wars, with TRS siding with the "optics" crowd and purged anything that wasn't TDS and Fash the Nation (for the most part, Third Rail was still operating) and took themselves seriously.
