Why in the world would anyone give her $400 for housekeeping when she's just going to trash the place again in a month anyway? Like the cycle is consistent, she trashes the place, spends hundreds to have someone else come and clean it, and then 2 months later she's complaining that it's unlivable and she needs $500 more dollars. She is literally incapable of even just putting her trash into trash bags on the floor, it's a literal waste of someone's money to pay for her house to be cleaned when neither she or her "abuser" roommate bother to keep it clean.

If she's been on lexapro for years and is swapping to a new med (one that works on different pathways too,) i wonder if we will see a few weeks of a fun neurotic arc. Assuming she was on the max dose of lexapro, which isn't that much in comparison to other anti depressants, the weaning off period will take over a month and can still be a physical and mental shithole.

6 months without a shower 
no wonder it looked like there was bacteria growing on her hands.
I still don't believe for a minute that Mem is not financially supported outside of e-begging and this is a grift, but the photos in recent times are proving that she really is as filthy as she claims to be. I can't fathom why she thinks this endears her to people. I mean, if nothing else, having enough material goods to generate that much trash proves she's consistently eating and buying new shit, surely.

Poking around. It appears she was associated with a hoodrat ghetto east side address of 6017 Park Avenue KCMO 64130.
I guess this is her prior hovel based on her current claims. It is not near an industrial area at all. I know this ghettofied area from prior employment.
I also see a David Matthew Jones being associated with her that is 28. Born May 1997. Could this be elusive Dave/DJ?

I checked out Jackson Co's Assessor's Office's records and found a couple names on two Quit Claim Deeds (QCD for short) filed on the property.
QCD's aren't like a proper transfer instrument. Sometimes this happens if the property is left to heirs or there's a divorce, but sometimes it's because the property's title isn't marketable-- a nice way to say there are liens against it, or judgments against the last Warranty Deed's grantee (guy who bought).
I don't peruse this thread often, and was just passing through when I saw an address. I hope this helps, and if I get ambitious and check the Recorder's Office, I'll come back!

Everywhere she lives always has a problem with sewerage backflow. If nothing else, you'd think that she'd have learned how to deal with it.
Yeah, I'm pretty certain that Mem has a regular income that doesn't come from begging, and that income is an allowance from daddy. But it's likely precisely calibrated to cover rent, bills and a very basic grocery budget only, which she promptly blows on pot, takeaway and narcotics.
It's very difficult to get someone to understand that they're mentally ill, and convince them to accept help and actually go through the process of figuring out the best course of treatment. It can take years and years to come up with a system that is, at best, adequate, and the process can be... torturous. Forcing someone into mental health treatment requires a lot of money and/or an individual who is so floridly ill that they're an obvious threat to themselves and others. And if you have a personality disorder (i.e narcissism, psychopathy) under all the broken connections and sparking wires, good luck convincing them that the only way to get better is listen to and actually do what other people tell them to do, and accept that the process is often going to be profoundly uncomfortable... good luck with that.

Leans me more into thinking her family has something to do with her housing. Weird title issues, they are in real estate.

Even when she is thanking people for helping her not lose water this month, she's lecturing them for her getting slapped with additional late fees on top of not covering everything else. Especially stuff for her car that she keeps reiterating she has been driving illegally. This is very dangerous during tornado season. She doesn't have the blankets necessary to make sheltering in the basement comfortable
What gives? She even lowered the daily meal goal to $50/day

I think it's doomposting, more than anything. Tornado outbreaks can get very intense and she made another tweet (or whatever they're called on Threads) later that night about how it was a good thing if tornadoes destroyed the city because tourists flying in for events are creating climate change. She's been similarly mad at people going to concerts because of the risk of new Covid outbreaks (and because their money is going to the local economy and not her).
Or maybe she was lowkey hoping that she'd get a new house after a tornado destroyed her last one. This is what happens when she doesn't have hired help to clean up after her.
For the actual storm, only one EF-1 spawned in nearby Belton according to this news article (archive). There was some flooding, minor property damage, and power outages. Not great, but also not city destroying bad, like Mem was trying to make it sound like it was about to be.

Another tornado was reported Friday afternoon by a storm chaser near the intersection of 230th Road and Sheridan Road in Atchison County, Kan, but there was not enough damage to observe. NWS rated it a EF-U.
