Never seen a chicken lay their eggs in the same spot and I never let them pile up like that. I did say however that once a chicken knows that you're taking them they'll find other places to lay them. Two hens to one male is also terrible for the group. you should have up to nine hens per male or you're going to have issues down the road.

Yes, however I feel like if the appellate court was of the view that attorney's fees were unwarranted in the appeal, the district court (who had shown frustration with both parties, though more with Mel) might feel inclined or obligated to deny it on its level as well.

Some breeds will lay a few extra for others to pick off but will keep one for themselves. I've never seen them do this with a dozen. I've also never seen them lay just white eggs before that are that clean and there literally is a dozen eggs in one of those photos, nearly two dozen in another. that's two months work of eggs for two chickens. She claims to have only two and they've laid over 24 eggs in a short amount of time? Utter bullshit.
