Night on the Sun by Modest Mouse. My favourite "long song" of all time. It's truly impressive how much they're able to squeeze from a relatively simple instrumental and three sets of repeating lyrics. Talking Shit About a Pretty Sunset is pretty great as well.

Honourable mention to the demos for Longtime Sunshine and Haunt You Every Day by Weezer. I'd kill to know what a finished version of Longtime would sound like
