Mega Rad Gun Thread

If I remember correctly, it's R700 pattern so you can still make use of it.

Here's my FrankenSolus pistol so far.

-Aero Solus pistol chassis
-Rem700 AAC-SD Recvr
-Rem700 10.5" 300blk barrel
-Quick-release folding buffer-tube with magpul brace (I just noticed it's one slot off in the pics)

This is the first mock-up with all the pieces together for the first time. I can't make the bolt release fit yet and need to bend the bolt handle 45deg but I'm pleased so far. Also needs lower scope rings.

The Bodyguard 2.0 came in. It's for sure pocket pistol sized.

That trigger fucking sucks. I didn't expect it to be great but goddamn. It reminds me of a lighter Kahr DAO trigger. I didn't pay a whole lot for that pistol and my plan is using it close in with one hand (like I'm wrestling someone or they're running up on me) or to make some noise while I run like hell. But I'm still bugged it sucks as much as it does.

The Shield X is alright. Definitely too big to be a pocket pistol unless I'm wearing BDUs or cargo shorts or something. Its trigger is okay. I may see later on if any of the Apex Tactical stuff works in it even if they recommend against it currently.
