That's not very convincing.

MN9 looks alive.
MM11 looks undead.
How the hell did you go from "MM11 is gonna suck because no inafking" to "MN9 is totly bettar than that other not-meger man game".

Also this (as of february):

The colors are so bright they become unnatural-looking. Characters don't move or emote properly.
The music sounds like slapping a keyboard.
  1. Bright colors aren’t uncommon for classic megaman

  2. The animations are cheap and made with gameplay as highest priority, so you get a point, but are you seriously gonna tell me that this looks like good emoting, PS2 era Big Boss looked less wooden

  3. music can now be fixed for free with the instrumental DLC https://store.playstation.com/en-us/product/UP0102-CUSA10784_00-MM11TRACKS000000 https://store.steampowered.com/app/861200/Wily_Numbers_Instrumental_Stage_Tracks/

1. They weren't so bright they looked unnatural. Also, MM11 objects don't cast shadows.
3. I get a point for the music too.

I can't really comment on MN9 since I never played it.
I'm one of the old school fags that ugly cries when I play MMX to MMX6.

Musical tastes and tastes in color palette can vary, so fair enough. As for the visuals, according to dev, they intentionally used limited animations and a limited graphical style based on the NES era to ensure that the controls would feel fluid http://archive.fo/3zig4
