Data breach gives his name as Reza Haider and phone number as +17323098226, further there are two accounts tied to neopets, one with a dob of December 31st 1989 and another as december 12th 1953 (Likely his father since he would have been in his early teens when neopets was popular). Google says Haider is an arab name while Reza is Persian, either way he's middle eastern.
