Hummingbirds do eat a lot and have a highly caloric diet - they have to as it takes a lot of energy to flap their wings the way they do.

fftopic:I always found the expression "eats like a bird" to be a funny one. Most birds consume more food/body weight than other animals.

Well, it's about to mandatory everywhere so Albert and Necky aren't about to have that excuse.

Also: I'm pretty sure that Texas Roadhouse lists the caloric content for each item on their menu. If they don't, you can EASILY google "Texas Roadhouse Calories" and their entire menu pops up with all of their menu items and their calories. They even have a handy nutritional guide:

Damn the sodium amounts in those salads are high, one of those salads is pretty much your daily salt intake based off Canada's Food Guide (I am Canadian), that's so fucked up.

Steakhouse Filet Salad - dressing included 2290MG Sodium, the Canada Food Guide states no one over the age of 14 should even consume more than 2300mg of sodium a day.

God, I fucking miss good ol AL with the gaudy colors and cheap jewelry and that exceptional fucking bow on top of her head.

On the subject of calories on menus in the USA: it's supposed to be law for all restaurants with 20 or more locations to display the calories in their food "prominently." This was supposed to be in effect this week. Some places started doing it already, but the deadline has been extended.

She is so insistent upon Becky eating a freaking meal replacement bar. It's like she wants her to gain weight or something or can't stand being the only one eating.

That's exactly how I felt watching this. When Becky said she hadn't eaten breakfast, yet, AL was immediately like, "WELL, WHAT ARE YOU GONNA EAT???" and then insisted on going to get her a "bar." She can't stand that Becky isn't obsessed with food and sometimes just doesn't want to eat.

I'm surprised Becky is sorta obese since she does seem to know what to do (even though AL says she doesn't). I know she's gained since being with AL but I know she was fat before AL. It seems like she didn't weigh herself before but I think she might of put on only 50 or so pounds since being with AL.
