Now for your next foray into horrifying animal experiments: Rat Utopia / Mouse Utopia. I remember there being quite a bit of contention on the results, especially when it comes to people, but it's still neat to think about. Here's some highlights from what I can remember:

• Female mice being horrible mothers, often not caring for their young
• Male mice becoming "beautiful ones" who overly groomed themselves
• Degenerate mice
• Cannibalism
• Socially withdrawn mice who avoided contact with other mice(this is unusual as mice and rats are often quite social, domestic rats will actually choose to share food with other rats instead of just eating more)
