What's funny is, there were leaks around the time of NWH which showed Gwen & Harry coming back too. There fictional school IDs were leaked, it showed that Doce Cameron was playing Gwen & Harry was some White guy.
They are in the comics rn, except the whole run is shit apart from a few kino moments.
It's like writers know they're the best pairing when it comes to Spider-Man, but rarely anyone writes them well.

Yes, the Ultimate Spider-Man. Everytime I wonder Marvel Ultimates is overrated garbage, that one comes to head first, followed by Sue Storm being a whore.

Peter and Black Cat have never been a good couple. They dated in the '80s and Felicia couldn't accept Peter Parker, which ultimately drove them apart. I can't recall if she threw up but she wasn't thrilled when he first took off his mask around her in the regular 616 universe.

They have way better chemistry in some of the comics later on. Again, people rarely ever write these 2 good. Most comic writers being hacks since the last 2-3 decades doesn't help either.

They've always had decent chemistry, their relationship just never works. Unlike, say, the Batman / Bruce Wayne dichotomy where the 'true' persona skews closer to Batman, Peter is ultimately a nerd that could spend the rest of his life tinkering away in a lab and Felicia is often written as not being able to accept that boring part of Spider-Man. She tried changing in the '90s when dating Flash Thompson (back when he was a regular guy and Pete's best friend) but even he ultimately went, "this ain't working, you need too much excitement."

At least she's not Gwen Stacey.
With Ben fucking Grimm of all people.
Not that all Ultimate comics were terrible. Millar's FF run was great and Hickman did a decent salvage job on the Ultimates, I guess.

Y’know, as much of a soft spot I have for the Marvel Ultimates line, I’m more than willing to accept that they’re garbage.
Least we got what, 2 good things out of that line (being Miles Morales Spiderman, though YMMV on him as a character, and the Sam Jackson Nick Fury), 3 depending on your thoughts on Marvel Zombies…

Ultimate Spider-Man is the best Ultimate brand imo. Very fond memories of picking up new volumes in town.

I would understand literally anything else.
Ultimates had Bryan Hitch's amazing art and funny/awful Millar cringe. Ultimate FF had a couple of good years. Ultimate X had David Finch and Kubert art.
But Ultimate Spidey? Bendis vomiting more pages of dialogue than Imperator over on the Griefing thread, Bagley half assing art, making Uncle ben a fat hippy?
I'm struggling to think of a single good thing that came from Ultimate Bendis and so far I'm at the two issue Wolverine body swap. One thing.

She also had a baby with him in Ultimate FF #6 (2014), in the worst art possible.
It's not just Ben Grimm either, but also Namor, & even Black Panther. I swear to god almighty I've seen Rule 34 gives more respect & love to Reed & Sue as a canonical married couple than actual comics. Hell, Reed in general gets more respect in porn (he's got the Luffy thing going on with his dick, except it's common knowledge in this case instead of a canonical fact like One Piece has) than his own series.
Mind you, this shit has been going since the 70's thanks to Grant Morrison (IIRC, he was going through a shit marriage or something).

I'm surprised there's no Trump-analog bad guy, but I guess that would require casting a white guy in the movie. Welp, I guess this movie will surely bring the MCU back into prominence.
