They're not wrong, either. It's a comedy series, so going lighter for Matt makes sense. Let him be moody in his own show, he's certainly getting enough time for it with eighteen episodes.
Thing is, knowing how it has been, it is very much possible that if Yidsney saw even a single acceptance & likeability on this, it might carry foward to his own series later on.

Forgive my annoying optimism, but I'll wait and see what happens before making any firm decisions on its quality. Not that I don't agree with your cautious attitude re: Disney. Better to keep them at arm's length most of the time.

Ms. Marvel was, for me, a glimmer of positivity in a chain of pretty piss-poor content they put out lately. She-Hulk is bring that optimism right down to the ground again, but I had a good time watching Ms. Marvel. Not 100 % sure why they changed her powers, and that was pretty much my only gripe with it.

The going theory is that they don't want to tread on Mr.Fantastic's toes when the F4 enter the MCU. Not sure I buy that considering Iron Man and War Machine co-existed just fine (among other examples). The crystalline effect does make for a more striking image at least.

I figured it was that but thought I was just being silly. Guess not. Yeah, considering how colourful the show is (something I liked about it, actually) it does make more sense to have the crystalline effect on it.

I have little to no interest in Iron Heart as a character, but I do like the armour design they're using. This is referred to as the "legacy suit" so she's probably get the slimmer version down the line.

It has a certain charm to it, but looks too much like the Doom or other video game power armor. Of all the franchises out there I'd think Marvel would be able to afford setting up some unique power armor to make their shit more interesting, but they might just be easing people into it as well.

They don't care cause it'll become nanotech in the same film later anyway.
