Groomz just whines because it gets him attention. At this point in his life and career the only way he can get anyone to talk to him is by being offensive on Twitter.
If everyone would ignore him, he would fade into obscurity. His creator/influencer friends only associate with him because the guy is good for controversy and that drives views and interactions.

That controversy is DIRECTLY proportional to how many people Groomz can offend each day on Twitter. The more the left sperges out, the more attention he gets.

He says so much in and from so many directions that he gets a lot of "Hey, that's right and I agree" from people who have no idea who he is. He got a lot of points during the waning years of GG for being Mister WoW, taking the bold stand that journalists may be retarded, and has been coasting on it ever since.

I don't recall anyone praising the new changes to Pokemon GO's character models that troonified gamers' characters. Lots of female and male players were complaining that it made their avatars objectively uglier.

As where it comes from, I dunno maybe onws you usually see complaining are either guys are fat or ugly fucks or women who are etots or streamer whores. An course theres their simps/fans, because they dont have a proper working brain.

Thing is, what women consider attractive and what Mark considers attractive are universes apart. His standards of beauty are so superficial I don't think I've ever seen him bring up anything other than breast and ass size as a metric. He is basically the poster child for all those anti-porn PSAs that warn you about the dangers of coombrain.
