One of HD2's community managers, Spitz, lost his job because of the way he acted during the Sony account-linking shitshow. Kern hallucinated some reasons why he thinks a different community manager (the SJW lady who blocked him) should have been fired instead. Spitz told him to fuck off.

Grummz is now weighing in on the Hades character art discourse, which all started based off some weebs complaining about one of the Gods, Hestia, appearing as an ugly old black lady instead of... A generic anime girl with big tits.
Before people start sounding off in the replies arguing over the designs, reminder that this thread is focused on Grummz. Anime and vidya games debates should be taken over to one of the off topic boards if you feel inclined to argue over it. As for the tweet itself:
People on Twitter do this pretty often, but it's usually done by random art accounts, not guys in the games industry fighting a culture war. And while I'm sure some folks here will agree with Grummz's take on all this, I personally find this to be a petty move, as it primarily serves to pander to his own audience of gooner yes-men.

Meanwhile, he still has little to show with his last project being a total flop, and his current one remaining in development Hell.

This is what irritates me about a lot of the discourse coming from the 'anti-woke' gamer crowd. If you're so sick of all the gay propaganda that's being forced into games, and you yourself are a game developer, then make an anti-woke game and put it on Steam and see how it sells. Obviously there's a need, so go fill it then. If Kyle Rittenhouse can make Turkey Shoot and actually sell it, what's the holdup?
It's because red-pilled game devs are rare, and the ones that are won't tribe up to make games because they won't have anywhere else to go if they're out of a job. Same with movies, comics and all types of entertainment. One could say that's a problem with the industry in that they gatekeep based on ideologies, but if all you're going to do is just point it out and complain without trying to make your own content to balance it out then all that makes you is a professional whiner. At least Eric July actually accomplished something that was rooted in similar grievances.

You know what's even funnier? The Aphrodite artwork they chose to edit is from the orginal Hades, a game realised 4 years ago. The left version is her new artwork from the new Hades II.
One can only wonder why the random guy didn't edit the newer version. This the hill Grummz is willing to die on, using game artwork that is over 4 years old instead of the newer version to sell a tranny narrative.

Fuck. I hate to say it but Vito makes a valid point here. I thought we were supposed to learn how weak of an excuse "you started it" was when we were kids.
Also, walking back and saying that it's "vandalizing art" is a bitch move because he already said that person 'fixes' Aphrodite. He already called it 'fixing' art, and that's a bullshit thing to say because it's not fixing anything, it's just making edits of something more suited to your tastes. People are going to tinker with stuff on the Internet or off of it, no matter what it is. It's one thing to steal something and make money off of it or demand that the original gets replaced with your version, but getting pissy over someone editing something is retarded. How is that any different from modding a game's character models? I bet he'd be more than happy with a PC version of Stellar Blade where everyone's naked and their assets are adjusted (figuratively speaking).

Reminds me of Ian Miles Cheong's current grift as being this alarmist who keeps whinning about the decline of Western values primarily for seeking out more engagement. Even if there are some legitimate issues worth bringing attention toward, I can't bring myself to like the guy when I get that his whole gimmick is to rile up supporters and bait out reactions from the "woke left."
