Disaster Marjory Stoneman Douglas High Harasses a Shooting Survivor - Because he isn't falling in line with the narrative

Kyle Kashuv, a survivor from the MSD shooting is different from the likes of David Hogg and Emma...what's her face, because despite the shooting he is pro-2nd amendment. Kyle would go to point out that not all of MSD is a hard left monolith and went to Washington after the shooting, meeting with people on both sides of the isle in passing bi-partisan legislation to fix the issues at hand

This hasn't won him many friends in Broward Co. though. He's ignored by CNN and MSNBC, isn't included in any of the events that show off the Parkland Five (the name of the activist group Emma and Hogg are in), he was intentionally kept out of March4OurLives, had his interview with CNN canceled because they didn't like a tweet where he criticized them, and for a time was in a feud with another Parkland survivor on twitter who challenged him to a debate only to back out a day later with a flimsy excuse.

In April though the heat has been turned up for Kyle. He recently went to a gun range with his father over the weekend to learn about gun safety and tweeted about it, only to come back to school the next week and be pulled out of class and interrogated by school staff and police over it.

Recently this week a history teacher at the highschool decided to enter the ring and start a feud with Kyle on twitter.

This ultimately led to the teacher being told not to talk to or about Kyle, but that didn't stop him. In a class it's being reported the teacher told students about the situation, then went on to call Kyle and Ben Shapiro asses that know nothing about the constitution, likened Kyle's views to Hitler and said that "something needs to be done about him".

This kid has shown more maturity and actual thought about the problems surrounding school shootings than pretty much any talking head has. It will be really interesting to see where he is in ten years compared to Hogg and his group.

They've been really publically butthurt about how their grades activism keep them out of college so they'll probably end up somewhere like Evergreen or get a pity opening at Berkeley.

Poor Kyle will probably have a hard time getting into a good school unless he's aiming for the trades or going to a really good school that only cares about grades.

This is how the Left sees the political spectrum because they are the intolerant authoritarians they warn everyone else about.

And the right sees the whole left as trendy rich liberals.

You won't know where he is in 10 years, because he'll be a normally-adjusted person and good citizen living his life without much fanfare. While Hogg will be in the news as the "former student activist" who either has a history of publicity arrests for standing in traffic and has been arrested yet again, or gets picked up late-night for a DUI after getting into a road rage incident with an innocent motorist at a stoplight who had 2nd amendment bumper stickers....

Seriously, the fact the "alt-right" is able to state their opinions and meet the opposition at the lectern, despite being under a constant barrage of organized media smear campaigns, being subjected to clear double-standards of discipline from alleged professionals, and genuine death threats and rioting, while the left goes into gibbering paranoia about how they are being "targeted" every time they see a frog meme despite the media and celebrities going to bat for them time and time and time again..... that should tell you all you need to know about where politics is really headed long-term in this country.

Imagine being fucking bullied by a teacher at your high school.

It's surreal. This shit is surreal. They are crucifying a teenager over politics he's probably too young to fully grasp the ramifications of.

Not to say his opinions are wrong or ignorant, but he's still a high schooler. Even if you think he's wrong, doesn't anyone use Hanlon's Razor anymore?

Probably because the media tries to paint mundane views like being pro-gun rights as alt-right and people stop caring.

A had a teacher that would dedicate 10 minute segments to just insulting people who go into the trades. It's not unheard of.

You'd think no one would bully the weird kids/kids that liked guns after their school was just fucking shot up, but I guess not. Honestly, the way everyone in that fucking school is treating each other is insane and getting worse and if they stick with this rabid call out shit they could find themselves in another hostile situation, especially with emotions running so high.

This is some shit, seriously.

The kid who DID THE SHOOTING was bullied, and fucking Stranger Mexican Things Bitch tried to claim it was ok that they did.

It's annoying how people (and factcheckers™) use the fact that he himself bullied people as some kind of way to say he wasn't bullied. People in interviews freely admitted making fun of the guy and even pushing him around for being edgy and offensive. Even his own brother bullied him.

This is all aftermath of the shooting stuff and those celebrity teenagers revealing this in the heat of the moment. People seem to have shutup about that now that there is a narrative.

Weren't half of the fucking morals about bullying in kids shows about how bullies deserved our understanding because they usually had tough lives we didn't know about? Like, literally, "it's not right what they did, but they don't deserve to suffer?"

But I guess that flies out the window when there's Republican blood in the water and you give Butch Eleven a platform to spew rhetoric from.
