2) Marital rape is possible
3) Only 8% of reported rapes have been thought to be 'false reports'.

Sounds like you proved the opposite. Could it be that there's a small percentage of married men who rape, or could it be that there's an entire ideology that sees married men as utter scum and patriarchal abusers? Just going by the probabilities, I think the first one is a clear winner.
