I want to surprise my SO with a dessert type alcoholic drink but I’m pretty new to mixing. I’m imagining a thick fluffy mousse like drink and I plan on using dark chocolate, raspberries, and rose essence.
Would it taste better for me to whip up a rosy raspberry mousse and add chocolate liqueur, or should I whip up a dark chocolate mousse with raspberry liqueur? Also what brands should I go for?

If you want to go simple, white russians are pretty good. 1 shot of vodka 1 shot of coffee liquor 1 cup of heavy whipping cream 1 cup of ice, place ice in cup pour both shots in the pour heavy whipping cream. Stir.
I add Chambord. Or I guess you can just use raspberry vodka. But Holy Hand Grenade liquor sets it off.
