That's good to know. I've been aware of them for a long time and never heard anything really bad. Unfortunately the set didn't have reviews, but I think at least one item will probably work out.

Edit, fixed link

Thanks! I hope they fit, will report back here whenever I get them. And I love YS, I actually had to ban myself from buying from them last year, they just have so much cute shit and the prices are really cheap, it's easy to end up overbuying.

Torrid threw $100 worth of their store cash in my face and I managed to buy $240 worth of clothes (including two pairs of pants) for $110.

Also, I just checked out YesStyle and maybe I’ll pick something up soon.

Where do y’all buy your swimsuits? I’m on the prowl for a new one even though I probably won’t use it this summer. I’m at the point in my life where revealing is not cute but I’m not about to cough up $100 for a swimsuit. Any suggestions?
Swimsuitsforall. What I love about them is you can buy separates and they have bra style tops available. They're also more affordable than many outlets with a great selection.

How are the jeffree star lip glosses? Asking for a friend 👀 👀

The packaging looks pretty cool, but I'm not a big of lip glosses. I'll admit, I get tempted to buy his liquid lipstick in Gemini, but Dose of Colors has a better formula in my opinion.

Is there any place I could find some decently priced and quality earrings? I haven't worn them in years and I'd like to go back to wearing them.

Girls Crew and Regal Rose have some good options. At Girls Crew, they have these really cute studs:

The jewelry is very girly and if you like dainty, small things, this is a good place for that. You can even choose the finish you want on some of the jewelry there as well.

Regal Rose is more of a gothic inspired style, and a lot of the jewelry is sterling silver. Here’s a cool looking earring from there:

They have lots of drop earrings, if that’s what you want. Again, I’m not sure if it’s your style, but if you want something more eclectic, it’s a good place to shop.

Dammit. I don't need earrings but now I'm ordering some...sigh.

Also, someone convince me not to buy that Jefferee Starr Cremated palette. The goth mausoleum and the darker colours kinda just do it for me. There's gotta be a good alt for it.

Regal Rose definitely calls out to me. I'm more of a minimalist when it comes to jewelry, so I might get something like this. I do want to get the Sacred Heart earring at some point too. Super gorgeous.

One of my favorites for jewelry is AVMAX. I also like James Avery because I'm basic. Some others I like are Sequin NYC, Bauble Bar and sometimes Shop Bop. Lisa Leonard Designs is a cute indie and it's affordable if you're getting silver but I I haven't purchased from there in a long time tbh and it looks like she doesn't have nearly as much stuff anymore.

If you have an edgier style (which I do not, but I like to look) five and diamond has cool stuff, but not all that affordable.

No, I’ll tell you TO buy it, because I want to hear how his eyeshadow formula is

He has the sole brand of liquid lipstick that I can wear for a two hour lecture with no fading, so my hopes are super high for his other cosmetics.

I wish I could buy this jacket but unfortunately it’s like 2 grand and I’m poor lol

My sister won the Jawbreaker palette in a giveaway and she seems pretty happy with the quality of it, so do with that information what you will I guess.

I finally tried Glossier Cloud Paint in Puff and wow amazing product. It went on super smooth immediately, and it's a beautiful color. I might have to buy some of the other colors. It's really, really nice.

I'm thinking about getting lip blushing done whenever lockdown is over (assuming the place that does it locally is still in business...). Basically semi permanent lip tattoo. Has anyone has it done?

I played around with two of my Colourpop palettes (Sol and Proceed with Caution) and I'm pretty surprised to see that I look good with yellow eyeshadow (I get a bit afraid because yellow doesn't look good for redheads apparently). Also, I bought one of Revlon's cream eyeshadows from Amazon. I can't wait to try it out.

yellow eyeshadow looks amazing on everyone. it's something I learned from drag queens. it's actually how I found colourpop, I hadba long long long quest searching for a great yellow.

Ive always been fascinated with 90s and 80s fashion (the more restrained ones mind you.) and I've tried to recreate them here and there. A trip to Walmart netted ke the perfect 90s kid look with a grey Jurassic Park tee, a flannel shirt over it and some baggy store jeans and canvas shoes. Topped off with a gameboy backpack I found on sale I looked I stepped right outta the summerof 95.

Target actualy had a Ferris bullet themed save Ferris 86 shirt that went great with a jean jacket and jeans combo. And since they where selling bandannas by the pack (improvised masks for covid) a red one really brought the look to autenthtic. It was like a mix of Josh brolin from the goonies with Ferris bullers day off.

Which colors did you get of the Revlon. I just bought the Skinlights 4 color set and a new single pot of cherry blossom (old one dried out). They are sheer, but look really pretty. You an layer them over matte creme shadows if you want more drama.
