I made the same point in one of the recent threads but later on came to the same conclusion as our top faggot. We really don't want to give them any ammo they could shoot us with, no matter how unlikely the chance of it happening.

In the end this is a small website in the grand scheme of things and none of you are going to pay for a lawyer and a drawn-out legal harassment campaign if things go south.
