This is the dumbest, most try hard, insulting excuse of a magical girl series I have ever seen and I have seen alot.

That first clip was just bad, no desire to see more. Can't stand the "too cool for this" style of presentation with how the characters act and the humor on the level of "bong lol". At least from what little is known about the CR High Spice whatever project they looked to be aiming for a similar feel to LWA, while bland, its focus was firmly on witches doing magic with some life lessons. This looks like it'll be similar to Two Broke Girls + a very light spice of magical girl.
 
at least that shit ass Voltron Motion Comic won't be the most shameful anime-knockoff shit SyFy has aired anymore
 
Yeeeeeahhhh no I think I'll stick to Puella Magi Madoka Magica as my go-to deconstructive mature magical girl show thank you very much.

Seriously though, awful 'jokes' aside I've seen better animation in a fucking powerpoint, clearly the korean sweatshop animators are only getting paid half for this shit. To think Hazbin and Smiling Friends had to drag themselves through endless shit to even get on TV and then this shit just gets slopped out from generic tumblr factory and people are impressed?
 
I will give credit to the Cowboy Bebop homage, also I admit I found it kind of funny that they're outfits include thongs.
 
Well this thread is sort of dead, maybe because it isn't even out yet. But Jesus Christ Western animation doesn't have to be diet anime to be good. Leave that to the 2000's, even them most of that wasn't runny dogshit.
 
Oh regarding that second clipmm.i thought Steven king was bad at being subtle about blatantly insulting christian fundamentalism but yeah the try harder behind this show are literally saying without exaggerating that Christians are tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorists and are mentally insane...not like us the side that believes gender is non binary and underage boys can be drag queens were the mentally sound and intelligent side of history.

I remember when the Sci-Fi channel had a Godzilla movie marathon once a year, Transformers reruns on in the morning, old Star Trek, eventually MST3K and all sorts of other old and dorky things.

I miss those days.
 
I saw the first episode

It was slightly better than i thought, but it was still awful
Only thing that was really notable was that they broadcast the show completely uncensored, f bombs included
