No. The closest is the LSDF thread, but for a comprehensive list, no. It would take a lot of time. There have been discussions, but that's been the biggest hurdle, just collating all the data we currently have into one list would be a project in of itself, and that's before making it digestible.
I didn't check all the videos you posted (I'm on Tor and youtube doesn't work and I'm too lazy to switch back), but at least the first one is extremely derivative of the Stargate sound/style, hence why I mentioned them earlier.
Does that make it bad? All art is derivative from something if something has to be wholly original to be good anything made after the 70s is dogshit (which to be fair isn't an uncommon opinion)
There are degrees in which art’s derivative nature need be changed (largely by combining it with other derivative elements) before it becomes inspiration. Rap notoriously has a low level of alteration from its source material, especially as sampling with no further alteration became more accepted. Blues and rock musicians will sue each other over four-bar riffs, relying entirely on the layman having a poor understanding of music theory to get their cut, whereas rap songs have a hook by just using the hook from another song verbatim.
I have no respect for copyright law in the slightest so I really don't care about how unique something is, one of my favourite albums is donuts by J Dilla his whole thing was sampling old songs and making new ones out of it. Is it derivative, of course it is but I really don't see how that's any indication of quality.

At no point did I bring up copyright, and I even said the alteration to make something transition from derivative to inspired involved adding other derivative elements. However, rap is notorious for just using elements from other songs, unaltered, in a similar context to how it’s used in its source song. The practice could be interesting the same way a YouTube Poop is interesting, but you need to put in effort akin to Neil Cicierega before it can be art.
This just makes me wonder what these people think of Kanye going crazy and heiling Hitler. They probably don't care as long as people keep talking about him.
