@Null Dick's steak is sous vide, it's a cooking method invented by the French. You put your meat in a plastic bag that's been vacuum sealed (vide) and cook it in a water bath for a long time. Then when it's done you sear it. It actually looks how it's supposed to look, as in fucking disgusting. Personally I've never had it, people swear it's good.

The steak man himself, Guga has a sous vide channel. He has said multiple times that sous vide people are autistic.
