For me, It's the coin update ("DURRRRRR') rant from 2021 episode titled 'Belarusian fries'
I knew of Null before, watched him chuckling at DSP taxes and the Gunt with Rekieta, seen some MATIs, but it's this particular bit that got me thinking - i'm gonna need to watch EVERYTHING he made before and after. It was the funniest and most genuinely passionate thing ever. 'DURRR HOW DO I DO THIS, HOW DO I DO MY FUCKING JOB' still makes me giggle
