Reason #12045635 why kids shouldn't be on the internet and Reason #99999983 why TikTok needs to be deleted, apparently, there was this 23 year old COD/ Star Wars cosplayer who hung himself live on TikTok after a 17 year old girl lied about her age so he would hire her to edit his videos and then conspired with her boyfriend to paint him as a pedo, this shit is crazy

Eric July put out a video last night detailing some of his interactions with the international school of ministry where he reveals that Isom was originally the name of his great-grandfather, the organization was told this but decided to file suit anyway. I'm not personally familiar with how trademark works but July also claims that there are classifications for types of goods sold within a trademark and the ISOM is outside of their scope for the trademark lawsuit. July also points to several instances of the ISOM not protecting their trademark from other existing schools of ministry.

He’s correct on the basics. Trademarks are for specific lines of business, locations, etc. you have things like Milwaukee tools making batteries and drills, and an unrelated Milwaukee making hand carts and such.

"AI detection" is the next big tech grift. Exact same gameplan as "algorithmic moderation." Create a clunky, non-functional AI, then receive money from interest groups to declare desireable content to be scientifically correct. There is literally nothing that can be seen in that grainy dark video. Supposedly he hung himself off camera during a TikTok Livestream in a dark room. If he was going to do it on Livestream why would he do it off camera? Where is the evidence of a "mortuary confirming his death"? Is his real name even known? This all happened in Italy and I doubt it's gonna be public record unlike in the US.

you can literally see him hung behind the dark window....if you squinch your eyes a bit hard you can see the body also as i said the mortuary declared him dead. Also if you wanna kill yourself, its best to hide behind instead of ending up in a liveleak thread for degenerates( idk just food for thought)
