The act is called "necklacing," because the tire goes around the neck like a necklace.

Although it's a slow death, it wouldn't take more than a half hour or an hour to die.

This punishment isn't just for pedophiles, this was long ago endorsed by the ANC (ruling government party) and was encouraged by Nelson Mandela's wife. It's often used to kill those with low social credit scores, political opponents, or those accused of stealing. A certain amount of the people who suffer this death are innocent.

The ruling elite in South Africa try to make it seem like this is a pedo-only thing because they actually endorse it, and they lie about everything.
