Seems like something that could be done well or could be done in a way that would cause needless deaths and problems. Considering that nursing homes tend to drug their patients to death intentionally by giving them drugs they shouldn't have with dementia, I'm guessing nursing homes will look at this as an opportunity to get rid of problem geezers by prescribing them drugs that interact horribly with alcohol before serving them alcohol.

Hi, I'm one of the resident archivists of Alexandra Elaine Adams (deafblind doctor). We've been keeping tabs on her for the last few years on the Munchausen's By Internet thread, which I appreciate is hard to follow and didn't have the context Null was looking for on stream. Here is a good summary.
She was talking in the replies about how she made some cripplesplaining video detailing why her being deaf and blind isn't actually a problem- in fairness, not having seen it, maybe there is something to it.
She runs a tiktok/instagram page where she "mythbusts" how she does things doctors do without her eyes or ears but a few doctors have weighed in and don't think it's sufficient. She sees and hears better than what she lets on because she thinks it gets her more online sympathy. She also uses her social media to accuse everyone who doesn't give her what she wants of being filthy ableists.
Her graduation is a culmination of a long list of notable events which include:
- got suspended and a social media gag order from her medical school for poor performance and bad behavior (check under the Alexandra Adams spoiler of this post) but because she commenced a legal battle as retribution for their ableism they let her back in
- didn't attend graduation at her medical school because she hated them so instead got the university where she did a one-year interlude for a creative writing MA to present both degrees to her (vid on stream)
- did not get a match to London and immediately started complaining online about how not getting her first choice was discrimination and she wasn't going to take the job anymore because nowhere else in the country was accessible for her deafblindness. Changed her mind when she realised claiming inaccessibility wasn't going to get them to change her allocation
- Doctors on reddit started discussing this and she lost her mind. It transpired she didn't submit the right paperwork and didn't even live in London currently anyways so they rejected her request and she had to go in the normal application pool.
- She's started working in her non-London hospital. She overshared and through publicly-accessible info inadvertently revealed said hospital
- claimed she was homeless in medical school and crowdfunded £27,800/USD36,000 to supposedly recoup her living costs but she goes on multiple solo-trips on the other side of the world whilst telling us how to do it deafblind.
- leaving behind her career of parasports for medicine because she was "too ill" (actually just correlates with poor performance as she aged up into other categories and she never made it to the paralympics)
- has been on TV multiple times winning the hearts of the nation who will never know about any of the above because she and the British media have an iron grip on the narrative.

Looked up that angloid doctor mentioned in yesterday's MATI and she's partially deaf and legally blind, but she's had extensive surgeries to where she can see and cochlear implants to remedy her hearing problems. She was apparently a paralympian in the 2012 London games, so not quite as bad it sounded on first blush. Obviously her university would play it up for funding purposes and she would for career advancement opportunities.
She wasn't good enough to be a paralympian and that's when all the random illnesses started. She's never had cochlear implants or vision surgeries, these are all abdo surgeries that were likely not needed/one went wrong and the rest are a result, but they won't operate anymore and she runs around with a permanent nasal tube to drain her stomach contents. She also wears oxygen permanently and is coy about the reason why. Despite studying medicine many of her self-reported symptoms and explanations don't line up and if you question her she will explode.
Oh yeah, there's a lot of these weird ass autists on the lower case i internet, but they're always talked about by the crippled canuck known as DeadwingDork and is in the same category class of people called kiwitubers. I feel like because of his rooting out of very quiche (quirky-nieche) autistic people, the well will dry up. They recently unveiled its intro during last week's Tennocon. During the intro, one of the characters you can evidently play as is extremely pregnant. That makes an odd two times this game has featured heavily pregnant women as far as I am aware.
To add, every pride month one of their features is a color palette you can buy for 1 credit, which might as well be one cent of in-game currency - essentially free. The color palettes are for your frames and weapons, plus more. Pallette is whatever gay shit is popular at the time afaik, gay shit troon flag colors etc. Mastery Rank 30 is indeed a challenging level to get and probably fuckin requires a lot of money to get in a somewhat acceptable amount of time. Ive played this game since....2012 I think? And only for my friends since we all got in during the beta. They are my close friends so I continue to play the game but yes while it is indeed fun for us, I can sense the tranny/fag type absolutely must run the community. It's a really sweet story. A forbidden baby, his parents being transformed by their tyrannical society into biomechanical assassins as punishment for getting pregnant, Jade in an induced coma dreaming about her baby's face and the time she could've spent with him, then sacrificing her life to sustain him in her biomechanical womb. Then the baby's father (the Stalker) spending hundreds of hours of the game trying to kill you because he thinks you're loyal to the empire that did this to his wife and child. He finally becomes less of an asshole once you find a way to revive Jade and the baby. After all this, the troons cope, seethe, and dilate on Discord because Jade did what they can never do. It's kinda heartwarming in a weird way, knowing that this unstoppable killer robot who's spent most of the game trying to murder you was just a forcibly mutated human seeking revenge for what some eugenic, utopian faggots did to his new family. And the story pissed off all the right people.
