The ham is definately there, with the enunciations on certain words and the word pausing. It's definately a saw emulation.
The person who we are looking for is most likely male, American, white, probably 16~19 years old.

I believe (now this is a bit of a reach) This guy may be one of chris' new "lovers". If my assertion of how the individual is possibly 12~19 years old, it is possible that Chris sent lewds to this individual, and now this individual is Blackmailing him under the threat that he's going to send those pictures to the police under the guise of pedo/hebephilia.
It would explain the amnyfist ring sell, the toy selling, the dick licking.
Chris might've been Bluespiked again, but this time, the Bluespike is holding him under threat of legal action instead of breaking his heart for the lulz.
