He is sitting on the front steps of 921 N. Ash St. His "apt" looks to be in that building. In his "deconstructed hamburger" video the brown hand rails and the bush next to the steps can be seen. 921 is 1 of the the LaPlantes (owners of Mallon Place) housing units.
Is the "mystery man" Jaime from Mallon Place? Kinda looks like Jaime to me.

As usual he has no concept of what money is actually worth. Nor does he seem to understand disability isn't something you just sign up for and opt out of society in favor of being a fartbox hobo. It says alot about him that he talks about checking into the psych ward like you'd rent a motel room. It doesn't cross his mind its not a normal thing to say or do, and requires you to actually be fucked in the head

He's reached the point where he's overly comfortable in his fartbox and his obsessions are coming out in full. He legitimately thinks there is some major phrase he can say so women will want him and take him seriously. He can totally make them understand if he can just get them away from the flatbills and other men and into a situation where they have to pay attention to him. Begging for the code always ends with him angry and frustrated and bitching about how everyone is a bigot for not helping him and giving him a woman
 
So glad the Wern milk is finally moving from a trickle to an even flow.

He is steadily building to some solid content.

As was mentioned I think we’re finally gonna have some fun as we pass through the birthday/thanksgiving/christmas-new year corridor.

I’m so glad that the Farms are still up and running better than ever for peak Wern content
 
An old one but it certainly shows lucas's insanity off rather well

The faces he makes are horrifying and he clearly doesn't understand how phrases like 'as long as I stay on my psych meds' aren't things he should say to people if he wants to not look batshit mental

I wonder if between the building crazy inside him, the upcoming birthday and the midterms if we'll get a new version of this video soon
