The more likely reality: Even Lucas isn't dumb enough to not know he's thoroughly fucked if he gets the boot from Mallon Place in winter with two bum feet so he'll be 'careful' about his behavior until either his feet heal (doubtful) or it's warm again and he thinks he'll be fine outside, because we all know he can't plan far enough ahead to realize winter will happen next year too.

I definitely do not agree that he could be marked as inactive. Lucas has always gone through periods of low activity, I’m sure this time is no different. Eventually he’ll come back crazier than ever, but in the meantime his content will be a bit boring.
