When you put it that way the whole situation comes off as some horrifyingly autistic version of legends of the fall, if brad pitt was a creepy mentally ill pedo that got run off from the family ranch for creeping on the little native girl instead of the whole self exile thing and coming back to eventually marry her

On the other hand I could absolutely see lucas's end being in some crazed state and lunging at some bear in the woods in spokane while wielding his old boxcutter and thinking he's rushing some flatbill that tried to take a zooner bae from him in his manic delerium

Though aside from that there are some weird similarities. Another schizophrenic game with rules that Lucas doesn't even understand will be arriving soon, everyone. I think board game designer Lucas may be my least favorite version of him. He makes boring, autistic games. With the exception of his idea for "Dance of the Telomeres". That was very autistic, but in a funny way. That game never game to fruition.
