I agree with what the judge said about that too. That one day, as she gets older, that girl is going to use social media and see everything both her mother and farther say. We will very likely see odd trolls a-logging a teenager here soon just because.
When Dale positioned that court case as AI to his case, he replayed that exact clip for his stream to see. He's basically rubbing it in; he has reiterated that same point while badmouthing Rose before.
He and the judge are correct; the child would eventually encounter their back-and-forth behavior along with Dale's rants. If Rose was smarter, she'd use those unfiltered rants as evidence against Dale since he is a public figure. Maybe she would have a chance to do so for the child support case.
I don't blame her for being in the spotlight since that information was unearthed under no fault of her own. But, now that she is, she would need to practice better decorum not just for her reliability but for the child's wellbeing as well. The trolls especially need to realize that a child's life is on the balance. Any wrong move would just give Dale more ammo to justify his flimsy allegations.
She should just call his bluff and threaten to saddle him with the child and kill his acting and streaming career. He better treat her right or she'll call CPS to keep him in check.
