One of my friends in high school was in a "men with eating disorders" group, and apparently a lot of them (including the hypermasculine muscle-focused ones) have trooned out since. Like more of them trooned out or died than recovered. It's sad as shit, there were a lot of guys in that group that lived by this "new" "Looksmaxxing" code like 12 years ago and it destroyed them. So much drug abuse, especially prescription and meth.

I wouldn't be surprised if it's harder for men to come back since pride is incredibly hard to swallow. It feels like you guys treat each other with higher standards on getting into stupid shit and when you're already insecure, the great fear of being made fun of by your peers is worse than suicide. Covering up problems and being too scared or having no idea how to face them by using drugs or troon drugs also makes sense.

It's bleak, man. Feels bad. Gentleman, try to reach out to your friends when you can. They don't always respond to women asking if they're doing ok as they fear mockery, they need their male friends and family to lean on too who they trust. You can't help everyone, but there is never harm in reaching out when you can.

Fuck me, he got abdominal liposuction and buccal fat removal? Buccal fat removal makes your cheeks look extremely hollow in about 3-5 years. It looks alright for the first few years. There are women who are pumping fillers trying to restore lost volume after having it removed. By the time he is 30 he will look 45. Totally mogging right?

He better hope he had a good surgeon and has a good recovery plan in place because abdominal liposuction can sometimes result in unsightly lumps and hard tissue caused by seromas and fibrotic scar tissue. Usually these can be mitigated by 1) wearing the compression suit, 2) lymph node massages, 3) deep tissue massages twice a week for 1-2 years. I don't follow Androgenic closely enough, but I wonder if he has the brain capacity to even follow a strict recovery routine. For his sake I really hope he does because he will certainly crash out over bad results.

Life is going to get really depressing for them if they realize they screwed themselves over and have to live with it.
