She's not even a full elf and isn't treated as one by any of the cast. she's literally a 7 year old kid. She looks and acts like a weird little innocent autistic child who got taught how to make bombs (because she is) before her parents left her to be watched by the local law enforcement due to them being tied to each other kinda.
EDIT: I just realized this genshin twitter post thing is likely a meme reference to the offhand statement in the mandalorian about how the visible googoo gaagaa baby is actually 45 years old. It never gets brought up again after that first mention and he's just treated as a baby cute character for the rest of the fucking show it's actually kind of fucked up
