That's Edinburgh University, up in Scotland. It runs a literary-based undergraduate course in Fairy Tales as part of Eng Lit.
It also offers a one to three year postgraduate masters in Cyber Security, and has electives (opportunity modules) which aren't as common in the UK as they seem to be in the USA.
It's also 5 hours from London by train, and a has an area popular with students called Portobello Beach just a few miles out from the city center campus. Edinburgh has an unashamed heavy drinking culture as expected from Scotland.

I wanted to keep this until later, but it would appear some people on Twitter are already putting the pieces together. In short, Eflinpsyop is confirmed to have lived in Pakistan during her life. Not only that, it's possible that she may actually be 19. Not officially confirmed, but the following post supports the idea of this being true.
Notice how I listed the Osu account? It matches with the previous Steam "abusrdkomrade" username. The profile picture of the anime character Megumin is another connection. Elfin is a massive fan of that character, she has done cosplays of her.
She made this account on the 9th of September, 2020.
The creation date is very close to her Steam account creation date.
If she is 19, she would have been 13 and 11 months old. With her 14th birthday mere days away. If she is 21, she would have been 15 etc.
Now the elephant in the room, the Pakistan flag. I thought perhaps the country flags are chosen, much like how you can do on Steam. But this is not the case. The country flags are based on your current location when creating the account. This means that Elfin has most likely lived in Pakistan at some point in her life. If this /r9k/ Hiba is Elfin, then that is another connection, since it was mentioned that Hiba on /r9k/ lives in Pakistan.
Context behind the /r9k/ mention:
Elfin has stated on Twitter that she used /r9k/ when she was 13. If she is currently 19, this would be around the year of 2020 when she used /r9k/. But if she is 21, this would be around the year of 2018.I went digging on DesuArchive to find mentions of "Hiba" from the /r9k/ board.
This is from 2021, if Elfin is 19, then she would have been 14 during this time, 16 if she is 21.

Elfin has stated before that she is 5"1", though it's possible she is referring to her character and not herself. But her character is basically a self-insert of her in the first place. Or simply enough she could be lying about her height.

I am unsure if this OP is Elfin, but an anon believes that they may be and says, "Hiba, kill yourself"
It would appear Hiba made enemies on /r9k/ with the mentions of Hiba ending here.
This tweet from Elfin is interesting, she mentions how she stopped using /r9k/ when she was 14. That is around the time of the 2021 mentions from the archives. Also, she reveals she started cutting when she was 12.
Elfin mentioned how she stopped using /r9k/ when she was 14. That kind of lines up with the mentions of Hiba in 2021. Though it would appear that she may have still been using it when she was 15. Since there was a post from this Hiba in October of 2021, Elfin would have been 15 + 1 month, if that is her, since her birthday is September 11th. It's possible that Elfin was slightly misremembering her age when recounting when she stopped using /r9k/.
It's interesting how there are potential connections here. But I think it's still not definitely proven and is probably more speculative on the side. There is plausible deniability for Elfin since this is 4chan after all. But what do you think? Is this Hiba from /r9k/ the same person as Eflin? Is Elfin's current age 21 or 19?
