To kick us off, here are the first two that come to mind:
1. Brittany Venti
The very origin of the term "hammerhead" in this context.
2. Joshua Conner Moon
A visionary whose eyes were so mightily far apart that his optometrist had to check his pupillary distance thrice in disbelief.
There definitely has to be more. I appreciate any input.
