so i have an SSD that ive divided into one partition for the OS and another for the programs i use
my OS partition has tons of space that i want to give to the other partition
is it possible for me to do this with windows

Solución
No because to change partition sizes the partitions have to be unmounted. Your OS is being run from one so can't be unmounted.
You can do it with a Live Linux USB/DVD/CD if you aren't a nigger.
