Looks like an interesting game
The story goes about two brother and sister contemplating about their mother ill health until a wizard come by and offered a solution to their doubts, the solution is a dragon egg. raise it well and it helps your mother get better
if you see on the trailer it a life raising simulator with business tycoon, it help when you have the harvest moon creator working on it as well so I think it might be good.
