We've already seen how Lienus and his NPD tendencies can hold people hostage. I would imagine the small bits of manipulation GN and Rossman experienced pale in comparison to what Luke likely experiences on a daily basis. It's further compounded by the fact that Luke did owe a lot to Lienus starting out, with letting him live with them etc.

Luke is paid like shit. He lives in a tiny condo with a bunch of neighbors, no space for his birds, and drives a shitty car. I think he had roommates until a few years ago. Linus jokes about Luke being "cheap", but I think this is just an excuse to pay him poorly. Compare Linus' McMansion to Luke's tiny apartment.

In pretty sure Luke's said himself multiple times that he likes living frugally. Paying someone less just because they're stingy doesn't really make sense to me, even if it Linus we're talking about.
I really liked Anthony. I know he wasn't ever a Linux expert, but compared to literally everyone else there he at least used Linux. He seemed like the type of person who grew up shitposting and probably has an account here.
It's pretty sad seeing so many people troon out. Since it's no longer being normalized everywhere I'm hoping maybe they wake up out of their delusions. I know trannies are insufferable, but they were goaded into this shit. Nobody put a knife to their throat, but social pressure is incredibly difficult to not submit to, especially when all of your "close friends" are pushing it on you. With loneliness being so rampant it's no wonder people troon out. These communities take them in and act all loving and shit then slowly peer pressure them into at the very least saying things they don't believe in. From there it spirals to actually believing this shit, like that psychology trick where you say you're the best until you genuinely think that.
Is it good that Anthony slimmed down? Yes, but you will also lose a lot of weight if you inject heroin. While the weight loss is good, the trannyism will ruin his health more, and if he does abandon it his fat will likely spiral back because it's not supported by a proper lifestyle change. I am betting that he's only slimming down because he likes slim women so he wants to look like the women he likes or some retarded shit like that.
I can believe that, because Luke seems like a normal, smart, level-headed dude. It makes sense to save money until he's convinced he found some home he actually wants, has enough to build his own, or whatever his reasoning is.
On the other hand , Linus is retarded especially with money. If wants to sell the mcmansion he'll spend ages taking out his shitty tech from the walls because, like he said, they were business expenses (so he doesn't own them, LMG does), and even with it he'll get far less than he invested. I think Luke taking over LMG would greatly benefit them. I know they have a CEO now, but most of the retarded videos are probably Linus' doing

That shoebox Luke rents probably costs him around $2500. He hasn't bought a new car because insurance rates skyrocketed after the pajeets came and started doing massive insurance fraud. Combine this with a gay greedy boss and the government taxing 40% of your income, the question answers itself - he likes "living frugally" because there is no other option if you want to save money and get ahead. He is the voice of reason for Linus, after all, I'm sure he's figured it out.

The few times I've seen it discussed the cheap-ness seemed like a personality trait to me but that was just my impression and I don't have any solid evidence. If it Luke is paid badly and not just going for millionaire-next-door then that's a pretty big indictment on linus for being a shitbag AND Luke for being a cuck and not getting out.

According to the contract you aren't supposed to discuss wages, and that is because he pays many people barely above the minimum wage of the province he is in. All the "fun" stuff and maybe you'll get some free part or a random bonus s is supposed to make up for shit pay. Remember he is doing you a favor by letting you borrow his fame.

I say blame Linus for being a shitbag when we can see he's being a shitbag. Him having a mentally ill handicapped nutcase of a sibling and not paying their way doesn't necessarily mean he hasn't gone well out of his way to assist them in the past(doesn't necessarily mean he did either). There's eventually a point, even with family where you just have to give up for the sake of your own sanity. Not going to bother going into details trying to powerlevel, but people have limits and crazy family members eventually just need to be cut off.
