A LAN center wants closed off spaces, no natural lighting, lots of seating preferrably packed together with just enough isolation to be cramped, food and drink service in the form of the junkiest food imaginable, much crazier power draw and power stability requirements, and so forth. The only common cause both businesses have is above average AC capacity needs, both need to handle large masses of hot sweaty people close together without becoming the rankest place imaginable.
