Also I hate Ryan's character, but I'm really enjoying the writing and performance from him.

I guess that means he's a good character, because he's clearly meant to annoy the audience and it's working well, kind of like Joffrey in GoT.

Agreed! In between the rewind and contort memes for this episode all I've seen is comparisons to Joffrey. I just hope that doesn't put Gregory Piper off acting like it did with Jack Gleeson.
 
It'll be interesting to see the OCG members ID'd and find out who they are. There's still like three members of Ryan's group from series 1 who haven't been caught yet.

We at least know that Davidson is Tommy's daughter now and that it's all centred around a case where a black man died from his injuries in prison after being attacked by racists (Fucking BBC meddling!) complete with preaching from Bishop.

We also have Carmichael back, the bureaucracy is ready to fuck shit up! Clearly Osbourne or the hilarious James Nesbitt de-aging effect is H.

I also love how the James Nesbitt cameo looks to be entirely superfluous as he's now a goddamn rotting corpse. Hastings is not happy about this, so watch him just deck Carmichael or Zerg rush Osbourne lol.

Season 7 has been all but confirmed as there's no fucking way that Buckells is H!

I'm actually leaning towards Fairbanks now to be honest. Osborne and Carmichael seem too obvious.

ENGINES OFF seems to be up to something considering the look he gave Darren Hunter when he was being dragged in.

I guess my bet on it being Hastings and the series happily ending with him retiring in peace having got away with everything did not pan put. Alas.
