It'd be nice if more people in the medical industry would be this publicly frank. It seems like the ones who aren't ass deep into tranny pseudoscience are just trying to avoid getting a bunch of screeching miscreants picketing outside their office.

These people are far too sensitive, instead of accepting that all research, from both sides, is important and valid and benefits them in the long run they'd rather try to shut down anyone who doesn't coddle their idea of gender. The reality is even the research they perceive as negative and transphobic will lead to checks and balances that will assure we are taking the right steps towards helping them.

One particularly harassed researcher who is against puberty blockers in children for valid medical reasons was less concerned about "gross trannies" and more about finding the root problem in why post-HRT/post-OP trans people are 19x more likely to commit suicide because that's important, we need to fix that. But oh god!!!!! He's a truscum transphobe!

All this results in is making those who actually genuinely care about these issues, which does include a number of trans scientists, step back in fear of a witch hunt, or being excommunicated from the supposedly ~loving accepting community ~

So what happened to him? Going from underlining the important health risks such as rejection of the organ, side effects of anti-rejection drugs or health complications during hysterectomy (since uterine transplants are not permanent, but removed after one or two successful pregnancies) and we're talking on real women here, to casually being all ''yeah sure let's put a female reproductive organ in a male body even though it has never been succesfully done, baby will happen, I don't see what could go wrong!''?
